Nashachata II is a 67-foot steel boat eminently suitable for the special circumstances of our sailing grounds in the High Arctic. Nashachata II has 12 guest berths - there are 6 cabins for 2 people and 2 toilet/shower compartments. Nashachata II is excellent for longer trips as there is a huge storage area for food and equipment. And with tanks holding 1800 litres of fuel we can go a long way if the wind drops for any length of time.

YACHT DATA
Yacht documents
Challenge 67' Class Yacht has been designed for The Challenge Business by David Thomas, especially for cruises around the world in the "opposite" direction. Many of the design principles were based on Sir Chay Blyth’s (then unique) experience of sailing around the world single handed against the prevailing winds and currents
Yacht layout drawings
The yachts were designed to be exceptionally strongly built of steel in order that they could face all that the Southern Ocean might throw at them, with absolute confidence.
Technical data
The Challenge 67' Class yachts were designed for The Challenge Business by David Thomas, specifically to race around the world “the wrong way”.
Equipment
Originally a typical racing, well-equipped yacht has been modernized and adapted for sailing in the Arctic. A completely redesigned interior makes it sail fast in comfort.
